After all, “Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”—Romans 10:17 And indeed, comes with a blessing; “Blessed is he that reads, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.”—Rev. 1:3 Whenever you are reading Scripture, read it aloud. Gain what you can from it, but in reading it and hearing it yourself, you will not only retain it better, but it will have a more profound impact on you. This is what God wants.
